ARE YOU PRACTICING GRATITUDE IN YOUR LIFE?  

 

As you may already know we are spiritual energy beings having a human experience.

 

In being aware of that knowledge it allows you to manipulate your energy frequency and vibration to benefit you and to attract to you all which you choose.

 

One powerful way to align your energy is by feeling grateful. Gratitude is one of the highest vibrating emotions.

 

When you feel grateful in the present moment you align yourself with all of your desires. How you may be asking?

 

Well it works like this; when you feel grateful for something in the now, that is the energy you are sending out to the Universe.

 

And in turn, the Universe sends you back things to continue to be grateful for.

 

Think of the universe like a mirror. It reflects to you that which you are feeling.

 

Feelings are the vibration and frequencies that allow your thoughts to begin to materialize from either into this physical reality.

 

By being and feeling grateful you are telling the Universe... “Thank You, Give Me More To Be Thankful For” , and you will see things start coming into your life which is in alignment with your happiness and gratitude.

If you choose to work on staying in alignment with gratitude you can make a list of ten things that you are grateful for and also write down why you are grateful for them.

Once you have finished your list. Go over and re-read it. As you do, repeat “thank you” in your head or out loud, your choice.

 

By doing so you re-align yourself with gratitude and attract more things into your life to be grateful for.
