Your truth is whatever you believe to be true for yourself. The habitual thoughts you have become your beliefs.


The more momentum you give a thought, the more energy and power you give to it. The more you think of a thought and place your energy in that field, it will speed up its manifestation.


Therefore, you want to keep your thoughts powerful and positive. You deserve it.


You may be one of those people who are your own worst enemy. The trick here is to observe your thoughts and once you find a negative one slipping to the surface, acknowledge it and let it go, then replace it with a thought more beneficial and powerful for you.
