And since your thoughts are energy as is everything else in the universe, by guiding your thoughts you match energy which is guided back to you in the like matter.

If you think and feel happy, you will continue to attract circumstances in your life that will reap happiness for you.

The same goes if you are unhappy, you will continue to attract things to keep you unhappy.
